§100 The commercial lifesaver

According to alkoholloven, any promotion of beverages containing an alcohol percentage above 2,5, is strictly forbidden.
But, according to grunnloven§100 (stating the freedom of speech), which beats alkoholloven, it is OK to promote alcohol as long as it takes form of an editorial review (news).

Hence, celebrity vine have become a long lost life saver, allowing at least some sort of connection with the outside world.
Now, the only question remaining is how long until we get a celebrity tobacco/snus brand?
