The new night club is conveniently located at the top of Steen og Strøm, just a few (important!) steps away from the creepy Karl Johan street.

After finding the entrance and making it past the intimidating bouncers (guardian the guest-list like a precious gemstone) a sleepy “paparazzo” awaits the last passage to the club (photo: massiv.no)

Entering the club, brings on a nostalgic feeling of confusion and adventure. The clientele is a nice mix of high-end celebrities, hanger on`s and fun loving commoners. The restrooms are also quite interesting, decorated with a traditional Marius-sweater pattern (but the recyclable towels might be a bit too European, especially in these H1N1 times).

A unique roof terasse makes this place a is a winner. Represented by dancing hipsters wrapped in misty smoke, at the event “Madonna Tribute Party”.

Got to love the pink hat, love the DJ!

Note to self: Next time dont be on malaria-meds (which excludes any intake of alcoholic beverages), drink Mojitos, bring a friend & mingle!
