Nårsk by Ivelina Dagsvold

It is nice to see someone putting the Norwegian character ”å” to good use. It is a very risky character, since it does not translate easley to any other language. Those designers aiming for international acceptance and recognition usually shunt this letter…like the plague.
Ivelina Dagsvold makes use of ”å” to state that the collection is Norwegian, but she is not, hence the the intended misspelling.
The collection is inspired by Paris, the city. Maybe as a reference to the Norwegian enfant terrible Per spook, which in his time was a brilliant contributor to the Parisian mis-en-scene?
