The new Imperialism – Monki World

The swedes are definitely starting to re-root.

H&M`s latest weapon is this super chic Monki World shop.

Using the oldes trick in the book to lure customers into the money-trap, free drinks and champagne <3

Disguised as an innocent/independent small scale boutique.

A mushy sott ball serve as the ingenious master mind.

Now, lets review this avantgarde H&M side kick.

Shoes: design wise they are dead on. Edgy, smashing and matchable with everything (except running after the buss, mid winter, 20 cm wet snow!) The tailoring and cutting looks surprisingly good, flawless, the only “drawback” is the quality of the material, might not last more then 3-4 monts, but its ok! Consume, consume, consume…

Tees: 100% cotton, safe colors, safe casual print. Loves the “I survived a battle with ten lions, my shirt got all ripped but is still amazingly clean”-look! More of that…

Pants: saw some, but did not notice. Not that important.

Accessories: yes, and I`ll have that one too.

Got to love the fold-able sunglasses, a lifesaver if you ever run out of topics to chit-chat about over a fancy dinner!  

Interior: vivid, makes you happy and makes you want to buy. Takes you back to the days when money grew on tree`s. The dressing room is très perfect for any narcissist, mirrors as far as the eyes can see.

(if your going for a fancy profile shoot, don’t forget the kamera-stativ!)

This is all beyond good.

But, at the back of once mind, a little though keeps lingering…

How can so many wearable clothes, of such a decent quality, be soo affordable?
